Join us this July for a weekend of techniques, tools and training! We have an action-packed time for you including:
- Using AI to generate effective social media posts
- Maximizing your CRM, which CRM we feel is best for your school, and why
- Instructor training on children’s retention techniques and tools
- Instructor training on adult’s retention techniques and tools
- Training for instructors – taekwondo, hapkido and intro to kuk sool won!
This weekend will be jam-packed with training including how to grow your school using state-of-the art technologies that are simple to use – you don’t need to be a computer whiz! We will make it simple, provide checklists and perform examples for you live during the workshops so you can actually see it done. If you’re bringing a laptop or tablet, you can follow along and actually DO IT with us! Leave the event with more assets and a greater understanding of how to make the most of technology.
In addition, we will be exploring the best ways to approach your instruction of today’s youth. This is an area where our member schools have asked for help with because let’s face it – it is not as easy as it used to be! Attention spans are terrible, parents think that just bringing their child to us is a “quick fix” so we can be the “bad guy” and help them fast. The reality is that we CAN help – but it is NOT a “quick fix.” Communicating this to parents and getting them to realize that what we do is a system for instruction that is designed to develop the Black Belt Leaders of tomorrow. That starts with one of the most challenging problems – lack of FOCUS! Kids are scrolling through Tik Tok posts at insane speeds, barely letting their eyes and brain take in the content before they move on. It is this that presents a HUGE challenge when trying to get them to simply SLOW DOWN and PUT DOWN the technology that is essentially helping to raise them at this point. SELF-DISCIPLINE is another area where kids need direction. Using various methods from our children’s character development program is a great starting point that gives specific worksheets for kids to do with a rewards system that develops healthy competition among your students.
